Project: 333 Ann St Systems: EACS, CCTV Value: $150 million
Located in 22 levels of commercial and two levels of retail space in a commercial tower, this project included:
- access control to all external entry points
- lift control and automated fire release of all fire doors
- CCTV around common areas and perimeter with centralised
recording in building management office - integrated base building system, allowing tenants self-control of
access via personal cards.
Project: Mt Ommaney SC Systems: EACS, IP CCTV Value: $120 million A major redevelopment of an existing shopping centre and the addition of a large floor area, this project included:

- conversion of existing centre analogue CCTV to new digital IP
CCTV
- dedicated security LAN over fibre, designed and installed
to
encompass entire site - construction taking place while
centre
was still operational.

Project: Qantas heavy hangar Systems:
EACS, CCTV, intercom Value: $85 million This project
took place within a heavy maintenance hangar for Boeing 767s and Airbus
A330s (largest in southern hemisphere) and included:
- design and
installation of system to be controlled from central security
onsite
location 24/7 with remote programming and control from Qantas ACAMS in
Sydney via Qantas WAN - immense area of coverage
- stringent
installation requirements.
Project:
Bundamba Systems: EACS, CCTV, intercom Value: $380
million Located within an advanced water treatment plant that
delivers treated water to the Swanbank Power Station, this project
included:
- a structure comprised of multiple buildings, each
requiring access
control and CCTV - entire system connected via IT
LAN and monitored from a central
control point onsite - stringent
installation requirements and tight installation schedule.

Project: MMJV Systems: EACS,
IP
CCTV, biometrics Value: $750 million This project was
located in just about the most remote location imaginable – the Morobe
Highlands of Papua New Guinea – and included:
- securing a
start-up gold mine against external and internal theft
- a site
comprised of buildings spread over a large distance, each acting as a
secure location
- an entire system connected over ethernet with
high-level interfaces between all three systems
- full, IP-based,
true High Definition CCTV system with four monitoring and investigation
points that gave operators access to live and recorded images and full
control of all access control points
- interfacing with x-ray
scanner for high security monitoring of gold theft
- total of 144
access control points, 13 bio readers and 137 cameras.
Project: Dawson Systems: EACS,
IP
CCTV, biometrics Value: $370 million This project
involved
the relocation of Anglo Coal administration and operational staff to
the Dawson Central mine and building of a new complex consisting of a
large administrative centre, bath house and IT centre. It included:
- high-security
locations with CCTV that could be accessed over the IT
LAN from any location within the mine boundary
- secure vehicle
access points controlled via DSX and IP intercom points
- tight
construction schedule
- blueprint for future rollout to other
location.
